How the video counts are worked out
The counts above are the number of videos a plan can actually start in a month, not the allowance divided by an average price. Those are different numbers, and the second one flatters us.
Bulud AI holds a video's worst-case cost when it begins and refunds the difference the moment it finishes. That means the last video in an allowance can be refused while your balance still looks like it is enough — so we quote the honest figure, which is the smaller one.
Based on a measured average of 131 credits per video across four full-length videos. A longer script with more scenes costs more, a short one costs less, and the number of videos you get will move with the length of what you make.
What a video costs in credits
Credits are spent on the parts of a video that cost us to make: writing the script, generating the narration audio, and generating one image per scene. A longer lesson has more words and more scenes, so it spends more.
You are charged for what the video actually used, not for the estimate. If a video fails, its credits are returned.
Institutions and annual agreements
Schools, universities and organisations buying for a department are quoted individually, with terms depending on volume. Those agreements are governed by their own contract rather than by the monthly plans above. Contact us for a quote.
Billing
Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record for Bulud AI and appear as the seller on your receipt and your card statement.
Plans renew monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time. See the refund policy for what happens to the fee and to unused credits.
