Bulud AI is operated by Orkhan Mammadov, trading as a sole trader registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record, so Paddle appears as the seller on your receipt and card statement.

Getting an account. Bulud AI is in early access and accounts are opened by request. Tell us what you teach and in which language.
A video that came out wrong. Include the date and roughly what you asked for, and we will look at the job.
Refunds and billing. See the refund policy, then email us from the address on your account.
Institutional and annual pricing. Tell us roughly how many videos a month and how many people need access.
Your data. Access, correction or deletion requests go to the same address — see the privacy notice.
