Terms of Service
Last updated 4 September 2026
These terms cover your use of Bulud AI. We have kept them short and in plain language, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.
1. Who you are dealing with
Bulud AI is operated by Orkhan Mammadov, trading as a sole trader in Azerbaijan ("Bulud AI", "we", "us").
You can reach us at support@buludai.com or on +994 50 764 77 00. Contact details are on our contact page.
Payments are processed by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record. Paddle is the seller on your receipt, and Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the payment transaction alongside these terms.
2. What the service is
Bulud AI generates video and image content from prompts you provide. You give us a topic; the service writes a script, generates narration audio and scene images, and assembles a video file you can download.
The service is currently in early access. Features may change, and we describe the current limits openly on our home page.
3. Your account
- You must be able to enter a contract in your country, and you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Keep your login details to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
- One account is for one person or one organisation. Do not resell access.
- Give us accurate details, and keep your email address current — it is how we reach you.
4. Credits, plans and payment
- Plans are monthly and are metered in credits. Prices are on the pricing page.
- A video reserves its worst-case cost when it starts and is settled to its actual cost when it finishes. Failed videos return their credits.
- Monthly plan credits are for that month. Credits bought separately as a top-up do not expire.
- Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- We may change prices. If we do, we will tell you before it affects a renewal.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. What you may not do
Do not use Bulud AI to produce or distribute:
- content that is illegal where you are, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- content sexualising children, or sexual content involving real identifiable people;
- harassment, threats, or material inciting violence or hatred against people or groups;
- deliberate disinformation, or material presented as a genuine record of something that did not happen;
- impersonation of a real person or organisation, including using generated narration to imitate a real voice.
Also: do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and do not use it to build a competing service from our outputs.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.
6. Your content, and what you make
What you put in stays yours. The topics, prompts and any text you submit remain yours.
What comes out is yours to use. Subject to you having paid for it and followed these terms, you may use the videos and images you generate for any lawful purpose, including commercially and in a classroom.
We need a limited licence to your content in order to run the service — to store it, and to pass it to the providers described in our privacy notice so the video can be made. That is what the licence is for and it goes no further.
Two honest limits on what you get:
- We cannot promise generated output is unique. AI models can produce similar results for similar prompts, for you and for someone else.
- Copyright in AI-generated material is unsettled in many countries. We give you every right we have to it; we cannot promise a court in your country will treat it as a copyrightable work.
7. What generated content is, and is not
Bulud AI produces illustrations and synthesised narration, not photographs, recordings or research. Generated images are not evidence of real events and should not be presented to students as historical sources, and generated scripts can contain factual errors.
You are responsible for checking a video before you teach from it or publish it. This matters most in education, which is who we build for.
8. Availability
We want the service to be up and we work at keeping it that way, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime level during early access. The service depends on third-party providers, and if one of them is unavailable, parts of Bulud AI will be too. Where a failure costs you credits, the credits come back.
9. Ending it
You can stop using Bulud AI and cancel at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you break section 5, if payment fails, or if we stop offering the service — and if we stop offering it, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to download what you have made.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use Bulud AI after that means you accept the new version.
⚠ Sections 11 and 12 need review by a qualified lawyer.
They are written here in good faith and in plain language so the document is complete and honest about our position. They are not settled legal drafting, and they are the clauses that do the real work in a dispute. They should be reviewed by a lawyer qualified in Azerbaijani law, and by someone who can advise on consumer protection in the countries our customers are in, before this document is relied on.
11. Liability
Bulud AI is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from your use of generated content — and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and disputes are subject to the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence may still apply to you regardless of this section, and may give you the right to bring a claim locally.
